Study conditions

The organization of the educational process for training people with disabilities at the University is carried out in accordance with the law of the Belgorod region "On ensuring unhindered access for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of the population."

The university has created conditions for unhindered access to classrooms, restrooms and other premises. Classes for people with disabilities are held in rooms equipped with a ramp, handrails, and widened doorways. In addition, students from among persons with disabilities are provided with printed and electronic educational resources in forms adapted to their disabilities. In addition, the university has created and is effectively implementing a comprehensive action plan for the development of inclusive education. 

Belgorod University of Arts and Culture also cooperates with the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Disabled People.

Information on ensuring unhindered access to the buildings of the educational organization

Educational buildings are available for the unimpeded movement of wheelchair users on the ground floors.

In the educational buildings located on 7 Korolyov Street, the following premises are located on the ground floors: the selection committee, the library, the concert hall, administrative premises, classrooms, a sports hall, a dining room and buffets.

Entrance ways of educational buildings are equipped with a special call to the guard on duty.

The educational building and the building of workshops located on 53 Gubkin Street are located: a choreographic hall, classrooms, administrative premises, a dining room.

The following premises are available in the educational building at 55 Grazhdansky Avenue: classrooms, administrative premises, a gym, a buffet.

In educational buildings No. 1,2,3,6 on the first floors there are special sanitary and hygienic rooms for disabled people and people with disabilities.

All educational buildings are equipped with means of unhindered access to the building: swing doors, ramps, handrails.

Accessibility to all educational buildings and hostels from the nearest public transport stops is ensured.

Information about special conditions of health protection for people with disabilities and persons with disabilities

Medical assistance to all students, including the disabled and people with disabilities, is provided in the health center located on the first floor in the educational building No. 3 (dormitory) in the office. 1.03 in 7 Korolyov Street.

Access to the first floor for disabled people and people with disabilities is carried out through the central entrance to the hostel, equipped with a ramp and a passenger lift.
