I International Scientific and Practical Conference at BSUAC

The first International Scientific and Practical Conference «Problems and Prospects for Improving the Initial Period of Teaching Academic Singing» were organized in December, 2023. A series of conferences is dedicated to improving the teaching of academic singing based on the innovative experience of professors of performance theory and vocal pedagogy.

      During the conference the professors of different Russian universities and our colleagues from Chinese universities considered the issues of professional training of vocalists, searched for methods and techniques which can improve the teaching in this sphere.

      The participants got acquainted with the new vocal and pedagogical developments of graduate students from China and BSUAC. The conference strengthened professional ties between Russian and Chinese professors of music and provided invaluable information on the training of vocalists in our countries.
