N BSUAC won prizes in the qualifying round of the All - Russian competition

Belgorod State University of Arts and Culture took part in the municipal (qualifying) round of the All-Russian competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency". The competition has been held since 2000 and provides an opportunity for organizations to demonstrate an active internal corporate policy, achievements in working with personnel, improvement of working conditions and labor protection, development of social partnership, formation of a healthy lifestyle.

In the qualifying round of the competition, the institute took first place in the nomination "for the development of social partnership in non-production organizations" and third place in the nomination "for the development of social partnership in non-production organizations".

The purpose of the tour is to identify organizations that have achieved high social efficiency in solving social problems, to study and disseminate their experience, and to develop forms of social partnership in city organizations.

We are pleased to be among the exemplary Russian organizations. These results are a confirmation of the long and hard work of our large team. We do not rest on our laurels and move on.
